Whenever anyone asks you anything or asks anything of you, respond....'yes chef', 'oui chef', or simply 'yes'. Even when the person isn't looking at you because they're busy, they need confirmation IMMEDIATELY that you heard them. AND always take responsibility for mistakes...even when they weren't yours....that's just how it is in the world of culinary pirates :) This is great, hope the stages and newcomers take your advice!
